Duties & Responsibilities
As a cleaner, you will report to your manager and will be responsible for all cleaning duties at your various job locations. Your cleaning duties will include but not be limited to:
- Dusting
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Cleaning dishes,
- Ovens,
- Toilets and showers
- Windows.
You’ll be required to report to scheduled locations to perform domestic and or commercial cleaning duties;
You will be issued company equipment to perform your duties, you will be required to maintain equipment and stock of consumables to be able to perform your duties;
You will be required to drive your own vehicle and transport equipment to your job locations;
You will be required to keep records, log timesheets, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures; and,
Other reasonable tasks as directed.
This is a casual TFN position (Employee Position) which means that you do not have to worry about saving money for your taxes we pay it for you and you will save money on your Superannuation as we pay your contributions.
Successful applicants must have:
- Driver’s license;
- Own vehicle for transporting equipment;
- Mobile phone or tablet with calling, texting, email and internet capabilities. The ability to download apps on iOS or Android would also prove useful but not necessary;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, keeping your work area tidy and being able to QA your own work is vital;
- Strong self-motivation, direction and punctuality are a must – you may be working autonomously for the majority of shifts after your training.
- The ability to legally work in Australia
No experience is necessary but those with customer service experience and cleaning experience will be considered highly.

Your core activities will include:
- Obtain a comprehensive understanding of business needs and strategies and recommend suitable solutions.
- Translating business requirements into clear, concise, testable and accurate user stories and epics.
- Discuss business needs and solutions with stakeholders, gather project data and produce detailed documentation for the requirements, designs and solution configurations.
- Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures and work practises.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum and other software development life cycle ceremonies.
- Analysing the existing system performance issues, functionality issues and providing better alternative approaches.
- Prepare and conduct training to users for new systems or new releases with new functionality when applicable.
- Conduct functional, exploratory and user testing when required.
- Acting as the key interface between stakeholders and the technical team.
To be successful in the role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience in business and systems analysis.
- A demonstrable base of expertise as a Business Analyst in a related industry (Facility management services company).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, business, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Business Analyst certification or equivalent – highly regarded.
- A strong experience in business systems implementation and integration.
- Experience working within project life cycle methodologies and familiarity including Agile.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong track record of stakeholder engagement and change management.
- Independent thinking, and not being afraid to suggest new ideas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
